Seeing as though my square has some bizarre maybe kombi dizzy on it. (0 231 137 037 / 211 905 205 P)
Im wondering what is the correct dizzy for the engine? I obviously need to get hold of one asap.

Thanks in advance

Gibbo,
That number looks vaguely like a 1300 tp one. From a type 3 manual - 311 905 205D for a 1500S-'65 on or 311 905 205F for a 1600. The manual reckons 1600 non-FI donks should have twin 32 Pdsit carbs.

PS. Maybe PM "Klaus" or "1500S".

Yep, its has the twin PDSIT 32's. Just need to get the correct dizzy for it now. Yeah, numbers are weird. Odd dizzy on there at the moment, but it runs ok.
Cheers!

G'day Gibbo, my '73 wagon dizzy numbers are 9 230 061 400 and 312 905 205 Z which means it is locally made. I've got a compufire to go in but doesn't fit. Currently I'm running with the original dizzy with a busted vac adv. I'm saving up for an sv something which has vac adv and is supposed to be very good.

Hmmm, the number you quote is different to your post in the other thread. Sure it's not "021 905 205P"??
Then it is a late kombi dissy (type 4 motor)

Have a look here: http://www.oldvolkshome.com
At the bottom are a few pages on dissies.
