Hello all!
I have been loving driving my beetle around since I got it a couple of months ago but think it's time to find a good garage where they understand the needs of a bug! Partly because the rego is due soon and partly because i think there might be a problem, but I'm not sure!
I could feel a slight regular thumping when I was driving, which progressively got worse becoming a regular, loud knocking thump, and then when I stopped I realised I had a flat tyre. Obviously I'd like this to be the cause of the thumping but I feel that I may be being a bit optimistic to assume that it is so. And it did feel alarmingly like when I drove our camper back in the UK when it had a wheel bearing that needed replacing, so I want to be cautious and get the car checked as I haven't done so since buying it.
Plus it's always handy to know where a good garage is if you ever need to be towed to somewhere...!
