As far as I know, you'll need to grind out your bell-housing to accomodate the 200mm flywheel, then, you may as well get a new thrust bearing while you can get to it (unless it's in tip top condition). That said, I'm not sure if you need a different thurst bearing for the 200mm clutch... I'd pay attention to the clutch dis-engagement arms too - make sure they're up to the job of pushing in the new clutch plate! otherwise it may snap (been there, done that...)

hope that was remotely helpful...

Late 12 volt FWs will not bolt up to early 6Volt engines without modification to the FW or crankshaft.
The step on the end of a 6volt crank is shorter.

If your 180mm FW is a late model 12volt ring gear type,
it may be a bolt on swap,
but just check the end float of the assembly, before and after, to make sure there is enough clearance.

Regarding your throw-out bearing type,
compare your 180mm clutch to the new 200mm.

But dont mix and match the clutch bearing types.

Throw out bearings that have a 'slide tube' to support them in the gearbox,
run directy against the fingers on the pressure plate.

Early type bearings with no support tube
must have a ring on the pressure plate to protect the fingers,
and take up the 6mm difference between early and late.

If yournew pressure plate DOES have a ring on it,
and you dont need that ring,
it can be removed.
