I'm after a beetle pedal car, to buy in QLD, or swap with below...
Type IV engine, mostly complete, all external parts removed and in a box with engine, twin carbs, I think only the linkage might be, and the air box definitely are the only parts missing. Was running fine when removed from a bay kombi apparently... Eng number CA038546, capacity unknown.
Swap for a kids VW Beetle pedal car like one in pic, pref complete and working, have missed many on auction sites for less money than I paid for this engine, due to sellers not willing to ship or go out of their way to even entertain the idea.
The engine is in Brassall, Ipswich, QLD, 4305. My turn to say, I won't ship the engine of course!
Who knows, I might get lucky, well, my little girl will!! Cheers, Trev
