Wanted to Buy... If Not too expensive

KMH Speedo to fit 1968 to 1976 Beetle
excluding 1303S beetles [L]

missed one on ebay recently...

KMH Speedo with fuel gauge and NINE lamps in the back..

normal ones have 6 [in Australia]
semi auto beetles have 7 in Australia

can be 140 or 160 KMH..

thats a needle in a haystack Lee,
no aussie bugs came with that speedo so the only ones around would be imports so theyre wont be many

KM/H didnt start till 73 in aus and only Lbugs came in semi auto from 73

Lee I have a 160kph one, from memory it has the ATF for a semi auto and heated rear screen lights. Not sure if its a 9 lighter. Be looking for $110. I'll try and get a pic.

Lee,

Went out to the shed and checked and its a 9 bulb one. Dated 8.74 160kph.

Excuse the phone camera pics, its in very good condition. I bought it from Germany last year but have since found a rarer more suitable 1968 km/h one with an integral fuel guage.

I know they weren't used in Australian delivered beetles.

the extra lamps are for heated rear window-
ATF temperature - fog lamps - ??

they weren't in North american or UK Beetles...

maybe scandinavian beetles....
