Anyone else noticed how few Beetles are on the road's these days?
10-20 years they were everywhere, here in Hobart I only ever spot the odd one here maybe once or twice a week on the road.
Quite sad really to see such an iconic car disapear from our streets.
What is the situation like elsehwere around the country?
Do you see many on the road these days?

We've got quite a few here in Orange which is why it surprises me that we dont have a VW specialist here. Would make for GREAT buisiness!

I dream of a day when a chicken can cross a road without being asked for it's motive!
Can go weeks without seeing anything, and then see maybe 5 in the one day here in Wagga.
Pleanty up Maitland way see at least one a day.
A big B Double pulled up beside us at a round a bout I wondered why he was beside me and left a big gap in front of him. He sang out at Ian hoy and asked what year model was the bug, looks good and that he has a 58 at home he's restoring. And Ian said he also has a 58 at home as well.
I thought he was perving on me but he was just checking out the bug.😂😂
mmm didn't see many around for ages then in the past month they have been coming out of the woodworks.. to the point where i turned in to get petrol and every pump had a VW and it wasn't a club thing :P.
