Does anyone know if any Audi Variants were imported into Australia?

They were made from 1967 to 1973, only 5 RHD models were imported into the UK. Did we get any here?

Unfortunately the FCAI's Australian car sales data for that time doesn't specify 'sub models' like Variants with a model (like Audi 100). The only sales data they gave for that period was:

1967 - Audi 80/90 (173 sales)
1968 - Audi 80/90 (142)
1969 - Audi 80/90 (53)
1970 - Audi 80/90 (1), Audi 100 (122)
1971 - Audi 100 (73)
1972 - Audi 100 (70)
1973 - Audi 100 (17)

In fact the FCAI included Audi sales as a Volkswagen model in those days, rather than a separate marque. You can see that LNC Industries didn't devote too much effort into selling them - at least, not until the Audi Fox came along the next year. Sorry, can't tell if any of them were Variants. But I've never read of any coming here, and they aren't listed in the Wheels and Motor Motor magazines of the time either.
