Are you ok though?

did the airbag go off?

As angry as you may be a car you can replace, your life or that of someone you care about you can not.

Got off lightly a few cuts and bruises, but I'm dreading tomorrow when the soreness kicks in.

Were the seat belt tensionors working?

You may still want to go to a doctor if you haven't already been, neck and back problems can pop up and be the longest to heal and get over.

Glad your not to badly hurt. Could you imagine if you had of been in your old beetle 🙅 may be a different story.

What are you going to drive now ? Maybe you need to turn that race car into a street car and now !!

Take care, Kev
I thought rebuilding a VW would be cheap - Shit I was wrong, just don't let the wife know !!!!

Hey Pete,

Good to see that you have cheated death.
Glad to see that you have joined the Subaru (I once had a working VW) crew.
Hope that you get better soon.
