I have an alternator , but I only run 55 watt QH bulbs in everything...
100 watt bulbs are too much... IMHO..

but I usually only use the headlamps...
they are new Hella items - semi sealed beams
with +PLUS 50 bulbs Osram made in Germany....

they are excellent headlamps/bulbs...

Lee, wouldn't it be easier to just use the heaters rather than warm the air up in front of the car with all those lights?

Not really a derail, but does anyone know the rules on where legally mounted driving lights can be put? The only reason mine is hanging off the side is there is an old aerial hole there. Kind of left scratching my head as to where I can actually put a couple without intefering with something.
