The guy in the chair owns the white bug, thinking "thank f*ck its nothing to do with me"
And lastly, I think its a dutch car, the flag is similar to the kever club NL, so the owner probably built it after a good sesh in one of those Amsterdam bars, has a toke before leaving the house, the car looks great man! even the dancing pixies think so!!
