In the process of building a shed, only 5 x 6.5 m but will have to do. Who out there in VW land has the coolest shed, best ideas, picks please😎

Hey roundtoit,

Some pics of my 6 by 7.5m shed.
I have tried to make it as comfortable as possible and not too shed looking from the outside for the sake of the neighbours in suburbia.

All walls are gyprock lined and awaiting some paint, put plenty of insulation in the walls, plenty of power points, two outlets for the compressor (which you can't see hiding behind the kombi engine on the stand), and the shelves and bench as you can see.
Also built the frame of material that would allow me to hang things from it like my oval body.
Hope you have fun building yours.

Nice shed Vassy, but I think you could have scaled it up a bit. You got plenty of stuff in there 'waiting'.

Are you saying my backside is lazy, Matt??🥲

I wasn't allowed to build a bigger one as a part of the building covenant. I don't have the room that yours does Mr Berry!!

You may have a lot of stuff in there but it looks fairly organised if there is such a thing.

Thanks Grumble. It's still too much of a mess really, but getting there.
Matt was having a dig because there is vw work for me to do that I haven't got to yet. (and lots of it)

The only thing I can brag about my shed is that it comes with a mechanics pit and once added with my full length car ramps make life much easier. If only I could stop the wife from adding junk to any space left on the walls.

That photo reminds me, better finish my sit down arcade machine that has been sitting there for 5 years 🙁

I love 242HP sleepers. 🤪

How many sets of lights does it take a $229k Carrera S to learn? 😂 UPDATE: Cayman S, M3, B4 now added to the list.

it's a 10 by 7.5 3 front roller doors (which where the worse part ) i side pa door i have not power on yet but should be about 2 weeks i made 3 work benches at 2440 each to go along the back with a top ledge to store more stuff on peg board backing
and a bottom shelf
i wanted to make some draws but didn't have the money

nicely fitted out shed riskybug, it is almost bigger than my workshop. I would probably lose a customer or two in that area.

I had a pit in my garage at my old place, I didn't really find much use for it working on a manx?? There is not really that much under there compared to a non-VW.
