whats the surprise? most NRL games are decided by refs decisions. It was better before the introduction of video refs. Now we have 3 referees and its still up to shit. When they blatantly get it wrong they change the interpretation of the rules to cover up for it. Eg the so called separation rule, the obstruction rule, forward pass rule. Other rules are ignored, walking of the mark, standing square on to play the ball, playing the ball properly. Feeding a ball into the second row of the scrum towards the back is OK???
I used to go to every Steelers home game and a few away games. Then they took them off me so I have only been to one game since and only because I got a free ticket. Now that the refereeing is so shit I barely have a passing interest in watching it on TV. If there was anything else on telly of a friday night, i wouldnt bother at all.
I'm a doggies fan and I'll let the video do my talking. Disgusting. But what can you do? We've now been robbed of 4 points through the season, and are still equal first - so I'm happy with that. You can't help refereeing incompetence, nor will any complaining get the points back. I'll just leave it to Phil Gould to say my words. I'm looking forward to the return game with St George. I hope Steve Clarke refs it.

Same thing happened to Souths against the Gold Coast a couple of weeks ago. Chris Sandow scored a try to win the game, it went to the video ref and it got disallowed. We lost. Go the Bunnies against Tigers tomorrow.
Kimmorley won't feel he had a good game, but it could be worse. He could still be with Cronulla.
I don't support either Dragons or Dogs but think what happened is the worst call we have seen since video ref started. A bad decision like that simply shouldn't happened. it will cost the Dogs dearly in several ways (financially and points). Let's hope they don't get something so straight forward wrong again. It is fair enought refs make mistakes but video refs shouldn't!
