I thought about consolidated shipping, but with 3 sets or more then you get hit with GST. Might be worthwhile with a heap more if we can get them shipped rather than air freight. Anyone got any containers coming over in a few months?

i have a friend that occasionally has containers coming in for his work. i'll have to give him a call.

does the 3 or more sets take it into a bracket that is foul of the gov's rubber tariffs? do those still exist?

I need 2 sets but these are listed for a 56-57. Whats the difference for a 54? Anyone know?

54 beetle mats clips in with like push stud clips and 56-57 have holes that go over raised pins in the floor pan.

As for sending money yeah no worries, if you have a big demand for them you would just make them as you know they will sell. I won't be sending my money anytime soon. LOL

Everyone, I am the person who's putting these together in California. As of today, I have about 10 people ready to make deposits to get the ball rolling. I wish I could have done it cheaper, but making molds for the mats is EXPENSIVE and there is a minimum run.

I don't think these have ever been done before, as I've been looking for about 4 years for my CKD 56 oval window mats since I bought the car.

Thanks to some guys with original mats, the new mats are patterned EXACTLY as originals with logos and part numbers on them.

Feel free to contact me with any questions, and as I stated in the ad if you are unhappy for any reason I'll gladly issue a refund. These are going to be really nice, so I don't anticipate any issues. Also, per someone's suggestion, I'm happy to combo up the freight to one location in Australia to save you guys some money....
