I don't like my chances here given my location, but it can't hurt trying, right?

I'm after a motor that runs, or can be made to run with not too much work. It doesn't need to run well. Just well enough to move a baywindow 20 or so metres in first gear.

Odd request? I'll explain. I think I may have stuffed up and fitted a piston upside down. Either that or there is an ailing valve or something. Audible tick tick tick anyway.
Moved house. We have a garage with a concrete floor but it's really not big enough to have space to work on a pulled motor and house the T2 with the front closed. So i need to be able to shift it out of the garage, on to the road over to the gate next to it, and in to that and across the yard. Installation is reverse of removal.

If I can't get a motor I'm sure I'll figure something out. It just seems like the easiest solution to an irritating problem.

Post or PM me if you can help, or even have an idea on the matter.

I live in Finley NSW by the way.

Thanks again,

Tristan.

Spend $100 and buy an electric winch,it's the best $100 I've ever spent,i use it almost daily to pull the vehicles with no motor,no go or whatever in or out of the workshop, with a little ingenuity you can put them anywhere. Cheers Les
