Type 2 floor/ throttle crossbar

My panel beaters when installing a new floor, removed all trace of the throttle crossbar and mounts that sits on the interior side of the floor panel. Can some nice forum member please post a pic or measurement with reference to the steering column so I can locate the crossbar in the correct location. It will only effect the acc cable length, so am trying to get it close to factory. The bus is a '75 model but anything from 73 - 76 I think should be this type.

mines a 73 and its about 40mm from the bottom of the column tube to the centre of the cross shaft
