Edmond wrote:Hi guys, need some advice on these clips. In the pictures, the clip on the right is the type currently in the car but both are now broken. I bought the ones on the left but they don't fit in the current holes in the headliner and the slot for the sunvisor rod is too small.
Does anyone know where to get the clip on the right?
thanks

Edmond wrote:Thanks guys, Vintage carry them in grey, other colours haven't been around for a couple of years apparently.
They also said this was a one year only (beetle 67) and on early type 3's too.
For reference, here's a pic of what my 67 visor looks like.
Anyone else with this setup? They look like type 3 visors as well.

After much trawling through the samba galleries, I found this pic of a 62 notch with the same clips. I'm guessing that a previous restorer used type3 visors, because even if the clips are original I don't think it would have been sold with sunvisors that block mirror space.
