Is so when they pull up to a set of lights next to a cop car u can wind ur window down with smoke pouring out and pretend ur high 👍

i dunno, was at my gfs dance concert today and thought it would look cool rockin up to a set of lights with windows down a touch and smoke wafting out.

I think you'll find it would be highly illegal. You'd hate to be the one to do it, and then have the smoke cause an accident. Your arse would be slung up high.

You could try dry ice in a bucket of water,
smoke as it appears stays low and disperse quickly.
