hi everyone.
I would like to know where i should take my 1970 bug to one place to get everything fixed and get more hp out of my engine. i live in western sydney.
i need to get a custom exhaust because i have a type 4 engine in my car but with a dodgie exhaust and restricting the flow and power of the engine.
It aso has some oil leaks that need to be fixed and would also like to know what other bolt on stuff i should get for more power.

RAW Auto Werks in campbelltown can help, we can do everything from start to finish if its part of a whole car resto but if you're just after mechanical then custom bugs and buses in penrith specialises in those areas, failing that, there is Vintage vee dub in Campsie, so i guess go with whichever is closest for you.

What do you have at the moment??

What carbs do you have on a kombi motor??
Do you have stock kombi or Weber/Dellortos??

You really are up for a custom exhaust - but dont think you are going to buy that for $500

Klaack motors at Fairfield. Been there since the 60s. Talk to Hans or Adam. Hans has built more aircooled motors than most people have had hot dinners.
