Still a heap more to get two lowlights, a few beetles... 😂Mike wrote:That's it, its starting get unfair you keep finding too many good vdubs😂
I always wanted a notch but the closest I could get was a fasty.
Good luck with the project, make sure you keep us all updated as it progresses.

Haha nah i dont reckon, although i may go Subaru powered. Depends on time and money. Im suprised no one has built a replica of the fasty, could you imagine how that thing would go with thr original set up it had?Mike wrote:just don't get any more notches or I'll get too jealous😂
seeing though your using the colour scheme are you going to use a mid mounted v8 like the Byran Thompsons fastback?

It would be good to get it on the road, however i dont think that my skills would do the car justice enough. Thats why im starting off slowly, and see how things end up 😂 Ive got a falcon ute and acess to a mates trailer so it wont be all to bad.waveman1500 wrote:An unregistered early Notch for khanacross?! That's mad. I hope that if you're not going for rego then you will have some mad open exhausts through the bodywork or something similar to make it worthwhile. If you were in SA then I would tell you just to register it and drive it to events. I can't afford a trailer and tow car so my everyday car has to do khanacross duty. I can imagine that if you have to get a roadworthy certificate, however, that registration becomes much less appealing!
