Went to the local swap meet yesterday,and although there were no vw parts in sight i did grab this bargain.Its a "Wheels magazine of motoring" from may 1953
for ......how much........50cents.😍 😊
Some of you might be thinking why did you buy this crap.I like old time capsules like these things,the older the better ya cant pass something like that up for 50cents considering you would pay around 30bucks on ebay excluding postage.😂

hey hows the swap meet up there this weekend would have loved to have made it but im recovering from surgery so no can do this year
yeh its was really good mate,its getting better and bigger every year.lots of gear and nice cars.
they had a little vintage van section this year,which was pretty cool.i only saw one beetle there
as we were leaving,but i dont think it was a show car.That will all change next year,i hope to have beetle
in there next year.That will turn some heads.😂,we should tee it up mate,do you have a near ready project.lol

yeah my manx is up and running but not finishished would like to get my 60's chopped bug with 3inch srceen for a show or 2 when its finished............... our next townsville run will come up in a couple of weeks ill let u know 😉
Yep i have a reprint version aswell somewhere. And i had a morris minor same model and colour as that one on the cover😀
