Just after some recommendations on this as I have heard there is a lot of CRAP out there.

Thinking scat or bugpack and I notice that CIP are selling engle brand ones which would seem like a good choice with a new engle camshaft but I have no idea about the quality.

I bought CB lightweight ones last time but with a CB camshaft.

Cheers, T 👍

Price is the last consideration when dealing with lifters! What brand of cam are you installing? use the lifters from the same manufacturer as at least you will then have a fighting chance and be certain to use plenty of cam lube when you assemble it
Don't argue with an idiot; people watching may not be able to tell the difference.

oooooo! this is a very controversial thing between lifters and cams. They have to be of the same material or hardness otherwise premature wear will occur on one or the other.

Best to get matching set from the same brand. Quote from the samba "the scat lifters have such good metallurgy it completely destroyed my last cam's lobs" 😂

oh god 😂😂😂

We dont want that to happen.

wait......... 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

ok Im done. What about GB cams and lifters? I hear they are quite good and gene was thinking outside the box on those.

but nothing will beat roller lifters. Mmmm crunchy sounding rollers.

Expensive and you need an after market case such as, pauter, autocraft, scat killer to fit them.

yeah in my dreams Vlad!

just gonna run scat solids this time

thought about lube-a-lobe's. they have a .028" hole in the middle of them to help lubricate the cam lobes right?
