have 2 brand new 25hp split screen beetle dizzy caps.

what are these worth if to sell?

how rare are they please?

what part numbers of the caps
or number of the dizzy...??

those dizzies would have the retarded number 3 cylinder to keep number 3 cylinder head cooler as the oil cooler stopped and heated the air going over number 3...

They are the 383 dizzy, and the cap stands out likes dogs nads - they have the horizontal connection for the plug leads.





New ones are fairly scarce. They tend to go on TheSamba for around US$125. Not much of a market over here as there aren't too many splits & 53 Ovals on this side of the pond.

Ditto from me as well Wolfgang. If you could send me a PM when you know your asking price. Only need one but would be interested in both....... keep one as a spare but happy to share with any one else that may be interested in the other.
