12 rides with their drivers and passengers brave Melbournes wet and freezing last day of winter:o:thumb😎

Filled up, petrol cap taped, estimated fuel comsumption written down plus klms/miles already done on car - at the BP servo in Deer Park

We're all armed with our map, instructions and questions to answer, and rearing to go

At Lake Wendouree in Ballarat for the BBQ after stopping at the BP servo just before entering Ballarat to top up, record how many litres of petrol needed and klms/miles

So lucky there was a shelter for us:kiss

Hmmm, the sun is shining briefly here which was good for pic taking🙂

Had used the last shot on the roll🙁

Ballarat later in the day (honest) Jay and I saw a car with ski's on the roof, I swear they'd heard there was going to be snow at Ballarat😀

I hope you don't mind but I sent the first one of the B.P to Matt K to put in the Mag.

For those interested the best result was 47.77 M/P/G. with a 1300 65 Beetle.

Wolf got 36.05 M/P/G. which is also a good result. 🙂

Best Kombi 2 ltr 21.2 M/P/G
Best 1500 to 1600 43.1 M/P/G
Best 1300 and under 47.77 M/P/G
Best type 3 32.46 M/P/G

Do they have it every year? Sorta got the idea not. Don't think I've done the full 12 month cycle of events here in Vic yet, or done more than one year - haven't hit the repeat mark yet
