Nice! i like the narrowed look....
Alright time for an update (of sorts).
I bought a Canon 600D the other week, and I figured that instead of shooting some pictures I could get creative!
I didn't spend too long on it (around an hour all up for shooting and editing) but put together and little sneak-peak of the car.
Many more to come once I get some more spare time/get better at shooting...

Hi Ollie, I'm another newbie on the forum, just watched the video, Love the stance, wicked.👍
Dude that stance is 1000x better.. Love the narrow look.. I wouldnt touch it.
Cheers Vice.
Currently driving my 1st VW.. 67 type 3 1600..And loving it..
Looks sweet narrowed and lowered man.
Is it lowered at all at the back? One spline?
Im so happy I could just shit.
I'm with bstan100, vicelore and surfpig. Don't touch the stance.
Do you think you could clean up that front bumper? I don't mind Rats when they are Rats, but yours is so nice and that bumper is ruining the whole look.
Love the video too - nice angles, nice location, nice camera and nice car. keep 'em coming.

Mate nice work you have got a sweet looking ride. Me i'm more of a fill the guards look, but i like what youre going for. NO hurry up, get those front tyres stripped off and take those wheels to a bead blaster and powder coater, White yeah.
Cheers
Cheers for the comments guys!
Old Timer that's on the list of things to do 🙂 I couldn't agree more!
Aussie That's also on the list as well, I've been Enquiring locally and have found a great place to get it done 🙂

I don't think mine will be of value as I may have to take bits and pieces from it- but pop up a wtb thread in the parts section and I'm sure you'll have some luck!

Alright, just a quick update!
I put the car in for Rego check and it didn't quite make the cut...
the ol' steering rack is bent and it doesn't quite turn as left as right (read: not at all), but never dispare!
I'd been saving up for a new Gearbox and Webbers, but I've decided to cop the price and finish fixing up the suspension altogether to I don't have to touch it again.
Going on the front are drop spindles, castor shimmies, a new steering rack and bushing etc...
...And I'm dropping it another inch 👍 I couldn't resist.
I'll get some more snaps/vids when it's all done and I get it back home!
