Hi

My Name is Michael and I'm from Adelaide.

Still waiting to be a VW owner but I finally have a green light from the Home Minister !

Hoping to find a neat type 1 and use it as a daily.

Great Forum, I know I'm going to spend a LOT of time reading here.

And thanks in advance for all the questions I know I'm going to ask !!!!!!!!

Cheers

Welcome Michael!

Glad to see another fellow Adelaide member up here on AVD.
Just get yourself some wheels and then get posting about what you need help with, what you're doing and most of all, some pictures!

If you need a hand with anything, I'm always keen to help.

Once again, welcome aboard!

Thanks Guys for all of your kind words.

1st question that has been on my mind is whether or not a Kombi auto will go in a beetle.

Otherwise is there an alternative to the semi auto that will go ?

I really want my wife to enjoy the car too but she isn't a manual driver.

Thanks
Michael.

it would be easier for her to learn how to drive a manuel 😉

WOW

Just finished reading Type3 auto into an early Beetle by nbturbo.

That's a lot of work !

Maybe I'll start the wife on manual driving lessons !
