Ta Frosy and Ash, Blue went around Raliegh Raceway 2 laps course with standing start in 2.09. That's with 135's, no sway bar and baggy oversize dangerous rear tyres. And don't forget a worn out 1915 engine and not even a 4-1 exhaust system. The argument can go on and on and lets not choke the thread with all that. It's down to interpretation of the rules as to leagality, I know my car is safe, it'll out handle many cars on the road, it out braked my highway travelling companion (a late model commy ute) on several occasions enroute to Valla, EASILY . I agree that there are unsafe mods out there, but I know I build a safe vehicle.

Shame we can't get 155s any more. I've got 165s all round including the spare, and the spare is 1cm too wide for the well, it gets jammed in! I might get a 145 just for the spare so it goes in/out easily.
