early and late engine differences?

hi guys

have a 72 type 3 fasty rolling shel, without engine subframe,l and an early engine and gearbox with subframe.

how much work to put the early running gear in the late fasty?
or i have a late engine and gearbox, but no subframe, can this fit the early subframe?

fr early you will need the gbx horns and eng mnts plus more

later is much safer susp and sfr brakes etc

want any vw bits old but like me, Made in Germany!!!
