no, i just bought some, glass already in...how hard to line up the latches
the side slide things?
the others are laughing at mullets, not sure why, they are immature
easy just push them hard up against the window frame/rubber directly under the latches on the frame mark and drill
with the centre hinge support i drilled two holes in the centre and welded it to the centre piller from the holes
much neater then welding around it,
would be even neater if i painted it better do that soon i think:duh

ok, sounds easy, sort of...maybe i should come and drink beers and look at your bus while you do it???
I drove through he carpark at mainbeach last saturday, your bus looks sweet...
Nice, I like it, keep up the good work. Splitty, splitty, splitty, oi, oi, oi 😉
STEALTH
Maybe we can swap panels stealth?
my wife and a few mates would kill me, THEN she would divorce me 😉
I cant wait to cruise withyou guys.
We will need a split panel club soon :thumb there are lots coming to circulation now!
STEALTH
We cut the drivers sill out today, inner and outer.. THe inner was ok not rusty, and the outer was repairable.. but i have repair panels so why not just go that little bit further hey?
and from the outside.. we are going to shaev a little bit more off the sill .. make it neater and straighter too. The repair panel comes up fairly high. We found a spark plug in amongst a few kilos of mud/bog in the sill.
Tim,
I think you should trim down the repair panel to match the car, rather than trimming the car to match the panel. That way if you screw it up (or need to put another panel in down the track), you just cut up a bit further and put a new panel in. I've got the sills to do on my splitty soon!
Cheers
Steve
