HI All...

Been off the Forum for a While.. Good to be Back...

I would like to put an Oil Cooler on my SUBARU EA81 powered manx Buggy...

I am wondering on the best way to feed the cooler core..?

I have seen plates that go between the filter and engine block, Do these work...? Where can I get one, sounds like the EASY option...

Any Help welcome...

Thanks...

Dean.

I use a screw on adapter block on the engine were the original oil filter sits and pipe to a remote oil filter and cooler. (you can have an adapter that still uses the original filter and position but has a point for oil out to the cooler and return) My oil lines also have a temperature operated switching valve that opens to the cooler when a preset oil temperature is reached. I got all the parts from motorsport connections here in Sydney but there are quite a few places that stock this sort of stuff. The Subaru has a smaller size adapter so just make sure it's for your model.
