yep - needs changing.
.
Adjusting only affects the depression/change.
Doesnt affect the actual grip

Did you change both pressure and clutch plates??

yea on my old bus when we first got it, its front crankshaft seal was spraying oil, But it didnt slip.

To see if its oil why not giv it a bit of a work out to try and cook the oil off.

mines doin the same thing atm
my clutch and pressure plate are only 40,000kms old and i checked my main seal isnt leaking so i suspect that when i ran the turbo on it acouple of months ago the stock plate couldnt handle it
it didnt seem to slip but i gave it hell
i've always gone by the rule if u can fit anything smaller than a 10mm open ender on a clutch plate its fuct

While the flywheel is off to do the seal, have the FW surfaced too.

Makes no sense to replace the clutch and disc and not the other friction surface.

If it is not flat it will only be half as good as new(or less)

will pull the motor and take it into Jack. sorta stuck atm with no shed or drive way to roll the jack out. have to wait 2 weeks for the concrete to be finished.
