Item for Sale: 76 beetle single sideplate IRS gearbox. The 76 Irs gearbox is one of the best to use for building a strong box. It has a single side plate case which also has an additional cast rib located on the crown wheel side, the only factory case which has this. The additional external castings make this case a strong basis for a competition gearbox. I believe it also has stronger gears and steel shift forks etc.........which are added benefits. Fourth gear is also closer to third (So I'm told) Dave??? Price: $390.
