smaller ignition coil?

G'day I have twin 40idf's and obviously my coil doesn't fit the original mounts because of hex bar... where is a good spot to put it and how do i attach it after ive moved it?? Is there a newer smaller coil pack that can be used?? this would be very useful if so.. cheers Luke

my coil died today😬 I left the ignition on and it fried itself and went up in smoke...

what would make this happen??

im thinking of going pertronix to stop all this f*cking around with ignition.

so sick of a silent engine..

You just answered your own question...leaving the ignition on without the engine running will blow the coil. It will also fry a pertronix if you leave it on.
