mmm... perfect colour. Those matched rocker covers look kickarse!
Certainly a nice power upgrade over the stock donk. So with the stock 180hp commo already, with the headers (any other gfb's?), what power we talking
u rekon?

hi Baja, im not sure how may horses but shoud go ok, motor came out of a low k car and runs smooth.
engines in and moved the radiator to under the second tray lid, used a EF falcon rad with hi speed fans... should suck enough air from the side vents
i hope ... cut the lid hole bigger to fit the radiator in and will extend the gutters and lid to suit.

daydreamer, i own a smash shop, so not so hard to get things done when everything is at your finger tips, the tray is done in hippo linner, it's kinda a rip off or rhino linner but it is rock
hard, rhino has a kinda rubber feel to it, were hippo is like hard plastiic.
scarab... i got the lights from classic vdub spares in syd.. i think they were around $50 each

well it's time for some real fun....turbo charging!!
I got another motor series 2 this time, that i'm going to build up,
so far it has :
Billet mains caps arp studs
shot peened rods arp bolts
hyper pistons
block has been crack tested toque plate honed o-ringed arp head studs
heads were ported and polished new valves double springs alloy timing covers
crow cams push rods, lifters, retainers, locks, double row timing chain no balancer
surecam custom grind
VX V6 alloy sump
oil cooler, 600 x 300 intercooler
Garrett turbo journal bearing gt35r
External 38mm gate
Kalmaker computer
60 lbs injectors
aeromotive fuel regulator
bosch 044 fuel pump alloy swirl pot
I'm trying to weigh up weather hi lift rockers are worth the $850 price tag... any ideas??
started the manifold the other day, using steam pipe, will run the other side exhaust under the block to the 2 into one collecter so it should retain
the same exhaust pulse.
hope to have the pipe work finished in the next couple of days, then start on building the motor back up.
