KG Cabrio Hinge covers

Does anyone know if the hinge covers (the two plate on the side of the back seat) are the same for early '60s and early '70s? I am suspecting that they might be different because of the later glass rear window. If anyone has a '70s KG Cab, I would appreciate a picture please
