That's great news Pete, I think that I will be able to run the rounds up here and at least one in Sydney depending on when the VW nats drags is on...I thought we might have heard about their (ClubVeeDub) plans for next year by now.

VW nats

Yeah what is happening with the nationals ??? I've had a look at the WSID calender and I see no mention of VW nats , does that mean we are running with Compaq attack again ?

Maybe we need to hook up with a similar scene, like say the mini scene or the porsche car club. That way, there'd be more even racing and less ricers.

I quite like Jap technology but if I have to watch the skyline/WRX/200sx sausage machine all day, with only the odd dub, then it's less attractive. They're not that fast and they all look the same. I can't believe I'm saying this but i think i'd prefer to watch tough v8s than ricers.

Anyway, How do all motor rules work?
I know it's no turbo and no nitrous, but do you have to use a VW motor or what? Would a buggy fit the rules?
