Gearbox 59 to later 62

Simply buy a 62-64 rubber mount and bracket. Bolt it to the front of your gearbox and slide the assembly into the car. Line the shifter coupler up in the correct place and simply weld the mount to the underside of the car where the factory 62-64 mount resides (2 one inch welds are required) You will still have your 2 old 10 mm existing threads if ever you wish to return to the factory 59 gearbox in the future.

Cheers Leigh

You have to remove the motor n box and weld in a new front mount

better off if you can get an empty dummy gearbox with out axles and fit it up in place and weld the new bracket onto the torsion tube

much easier than lifting a full gearbox
