Gear shift selecter on T3 and T1 boxes
Apparently Type 3 boxes have a hole drilled to the underside of the selector shaft for the linkage. Do L-Bug boxes have these holes top and bottom?
The L-Bug box I have does have this so Im wondering if it is factory or not and thus will work when putting into my Fasty.
Thanks

How many sets of lights does it take a $229k Carrera S to learn?
UPDATE: Cayman S, M3, B4 now added to the list.

I put this box in a 69 Notch and from memory, i just changed the complete selector housing from a Type 3 box onto the L box. Maybe the front mount
was different to the Type 3 .................. too long ago! Worked great with the taller diff ratio.

yes it will work providing the linkage grub screw is tighten up and lock wired to stop it rattling off.
