Head lights

Ok after sorting out the wiring for the headlights in the beetle I have also found that the "globes" are funny looking H4's (rounded not pinned) where do I get these from and what options are availible. At present I have 55/60 phillips in the drivers side and a 90/100 in teh passeneger side (hella)dont ask nt the way I would have done it...

Are these common to find or would I be better to adapt normal h4 reflectors? (yes the car is 12v, not alternator yet.) I think the 55/60 would be the best at present.

Cheers

Hi

Most VWs used that sort of bulb, you should be able to buy them most places. If your running higher wattage bulbs you should fit a relay.

Relaying already done. was not happy with high current going through the switches, so have that one covered.
