Whitewalls(insert or not)

Hi to all, im currently looking at putting whitewalls on the oval and am having trouble working out fact from fiction. i got a quote from antique tyres on 3/4" and have decided not to take up their offer($230 per tyre). ive heard about inserts and the ones that clip on. has anyone had any experience with either one. Thanks rob.

I started a big discussion about this a while back.

Basically, whitewalls are fine PROVIDED you install them correctly and use the glue stuff... i think thats right.. but don't quote me!

Heres the topic:

And its grease you use on them, not glue!
