brake trouble

lately ive been getting a sound from the front brakes of my notchback. From what i can tell it sounds like the disk in one spot touches the calipers and as i get faster so does the sound. Its happening on the driverside front tyre. It was happening intermitantly but now its happening quite often. What can i do to fix this problem?

either a stone caught under the pad or a sticky piston

Either way that the caliper off and see if anything fall out
Try and pry the piston back
