2001 golf
Hello,
Karina has a nice golf 2001 2L metallic black with bogan wheels and a nice 60LF01 QLD number plate. However the 3rd cylinder has plug fowling issues.
It is a oil burning problem so probably needs a top end rebuild. I probably could do it I did a top end rebuild on the road king with good success
and no oil leaks. Has anyone on the forum worked on golfs? This is a sad situation as karina only has done 5000 kms on the car and the oil burning
issue saw noticed 2 weeks after she purchased it. I should have paid for a good inspection I guess and the car was quite expensive. Anyway any
advice would be good and if anybody knows of a reputable golf mechanic in brisbane that would be great.

cant help with a mechanic but to make you feel better an NRMA inspection would not have helped as they dont do any motor checks besides "the sump is
cracked and leaking"
