weld to frame horns?


hi, can bolts be welded to top of frame horns so as to bolt a strap across top of trans instead of having it clamped to frame horns as is usually done. thanks for your input. greg

Of course you can-clean of any paint and grease etc,and get into it-no probs.It's beautiful stuff to weld.

Why wouldn't you just use a standard aftermarket bolt on clamp
