south Australia Transport Dept.?

Done the Google thing but no show, can anyone here put me onto the web site for SA transport Dept. (equiv. to NSW RTA), hopefully they have a question and answer page as it's a pain in the arse trying to go through it all over the phone, wait 35 minutes on the "your call is important to us" line only to have the people on the other end either talking over me or not understanding the question, (maybe I'm not talking the right language )
