I got the barndoor westafalia near his house. Still in a giant, powdered-kombi-condom as delivered from the factory. The old guy let me have it since it was going to a good home. Anyone have any EMPI sprintstars they don't want anymore? I'll take care of them... honest! I also need some 2nd hand 135's since the crossplies are screwing the inner arches, now I've removed some leaves from the front end.

Don't laugh, it's people like you who sell these cars to the Brit's. Those evil, evil people who take the cars we don't want and spend 18 months salary to bring them back to life.
Why would anyone want to do that, when they can stay here. Be dropped, bogged and driven 'til they grind to a rusty old halt. :P

So who got the 23 window that was next to the 13 window? I hear it was fully restored, but it's been dechromed, tubbed, and had a choptop. Looks good though.

Was'nt that the one which was done back in the early 70's?!?!
I hear someone is going the rat look, just dumped it, put on some 135's and are cruising here in Melbourne. How grouse! Another unroady ready to careen into unsuspecting motorists :thumb
