Thanks...I'm hoping to see her again this week..Ingrid was really keen to get the chrome on her.......she was getting itchy feet waiting🙂
Hopefully more pics with her looking even shinier..
She is getting close to having the headlining and rag top done...I dropped them in to the workshop ready:bounce:bounce
Bel's lookin good....wiring is almost there now...Mick found an original fuse box to run wires to for the lights...and all is looking very smick:kiss
The bumper bars are back from being chromed...and the brackets are on for them 😎
.....wah hoo...the semaphore wires are in 🙂

They're going to put my front indicators in the headlights....that way my front bumper won't look too cluttered when the fog lights go on..:bounce:bounce
My bumpers on the stand and plnorris's Bert under wraps behind Bel...
Well I'm happy!!!!:party
Sweeet:thumb
Looking good.
VERY nice!
My head isn't coping with decisions these days
- indicators about or below bumper...spacing...or in the headlight (well was thinking in headlight but can't picture a small harley indicator located in headlight...apparently it looks good)
- paint grab straps or get new repro
-weld mechanical fuel sender in tank without knowing if I can get the gauge..
...just wanting the end to be near now.....
BUT she is looking good...and pop outs are in!!!😎
I dropped the reversing light in today!! Bumpers are on :thumb
She is looking AWESOME!!!!
....pop outs are very sweet....Why weren't they standard??
New dash additions....
Chrome Empi glove box handle thingy to stop me wedging my key in to open the glove box in the future..😎
....and a dash grab/panic handle...incase I'm ever a passenger:thumb
...
.....bumpers on...
OK...I bought number plate brackets...and have 4 holes in engine lid....sorta wanted to get away from things screwed straight onto the body....
I thought one bracket I got would go under the number plate light? Gotta look at pics of number plates some time soon
...my head is spinning
..pop outs again for luck!! :kiss

Thats really amazing. I can't believe how you start from scratch.
Well from what I've been told not many would have put the work into a ride in Bel's condition...but I did...I had my reason...Love!!
The people at AVWPC are putting their heart and souls into it for me... She's a challenge for them...and I might be too!! 🙂
I could never do this myself....and people who can, take a couple of years to get their ride to this stage....unless they can work on it full time.....
I did mine in six months but it was six months of hell........and no sunroof install!!!
It is looking wicked can't wait to see the finished article.
Are you putting over riders on?😎
my first one took 5 years to get to the stage it was before the crash and im hoping to take it past that in 6 months its nice though the work on her

barls my fingers are crossed I don't crash her....:sandrine
......and no over riders planned...at this stage....😉
Maybe when my head stops spinning a little....
Looking fantastic Jen - not long now! I know how you feel with such a resto (and you're right it does take years when you do it yourself and can't work on it full time!!).
Can't wait to see it all done.
Correct me if I am wrong but the popout latches appear to be on upside down - the knob should be facing up not down??
You're right...up not down....just looked at pic.......Looked at my catalogue pics...up....
Though in the Type 3 his are down...and his are original/always there? Maybe why I didn't notice anything?
Wow Jen....wow,wow,wow....shes looking sooooooooooo good.:kiss
