I've seen that orange and black split close up at my mechanic's down in Ocean Grove. It's got a 1776 in it from memory. Brought it down from Sydney or something. Does it belong to anyone on here? It is absolutely stunning up close!

ps: kicking myself I didn't go. I was too busy nursing a sore head and being climbed all over by my nephews.

I picked up an ashtray and a turn signal indicator. Pretty cheap. Few bits I wanted, but stuff too big to bring back!

There was a pair of early beetle popouts NOS, for $400... only thing was it was missing hinges and latches and rubbers.

Thanks to Brad (65Busser) for giving me a lift there and back
