The potential is there to have a weekend as good as Valla, I would recomend that they have more of a formal program especially for Saturday. A little more organisation or a printed thing would have been great. The more folk that will come it can only get better form here

i might be there next year but it depends on where im working.

frenzix wrote:hehe, good mate i did a ginger beer not long ago too, not alkoholic.. was yours? whats the recipe? I didn't use the fermenters for this one, just boiled up ingredients and bottled after adding yeast. They tasted fantastic with that real ginger bite to it, i will do some experimenting though. That reminds me i gotta bottle the bavarian real ale i put down last week.
cheers big ears.
the last one i did was a morgans ginger beer and the one before was a bringalow one. what brand do you usually use for your home brew?

yeah thats the way to go mate cause the brigalow was not gingery enough but i think that the morgans will be just from the smell of it. the beermakers one isnt too bad ether. but since im 100% alcohol free till christmas it will just have to sit for a while
