ok people a guy up the road from me has an old rusted out parts kombi for his good one but the wife wants it gone and he wants to part it out. the deal is if i can find people to buy the fridge, cupbourds, seats, bed, poptop.....etc then he will sell me the 2 litre type 4 twin carb engine for 250 bucks. (this engine was rebuilt 10k ago...bargain!) anyway people its got that kinda fake veneer panelling over the cupbourds and fridge etc they all match and are in great condition also anything else u want off the kombi ......you come take it off and pay the man and take it away easy. ill try and get some pics in the next couple of days. The fridge is an electrolux 3 way i dont know what kind of pop top it is but it works well and just needs a hose from what i could see. the bed is great and just have a roof rack on top of it at them moment. i beleive this roof rack to be for sale as well. front bullbar good conditon and front mesh visor also in good condition. sliding door has rust under window seal and has sliding window so rick has first dibs on the window. steering wheel in good nick i dont think the seats are for sale as he wants to put them into his good kombi ill find out about that. this is fraught with a lot of ifs but I would be interested in the windout window assembly, just behind the driver, if the rubber is anywhere near reusable , BUT as I will be going up the to the Gold Coast 4th December I could not get there until probably the 6th December at earliest, I will at least express my interest though

you are right fossil no fone line for 2 days after unforseen complications and no foneline means i couldnt contact the owner to go see him on wednesday and have a look at the seat. i should be going down on sunday and am ringin him tonight to talk about it.

nah mate cant go to the show unfortunatly its the only day ive got off where im not committed to soemthing so ive gotta pull stuff outa the kombi. anyway to those i U2Ued and whatever sunday ariving at about 10-11am is fine with the owner. so im hoping to get 3 or 4 or 5 people to come look at once and save hassle. so U2U me or post here and ill give u directions.

Let us know next time you're going down there so I can try and arrange to come up for the sliding door hardware (handles, latches, catches, locks, sliding door mechanisms/brackets etc) and the interior light.
Quicky - I take it all these will still be on the door and body if already removed great if not no problems.
