ok people a guy up the road from me has an old rusted out parts kombi for his good one but the wife wants it gone and he wants to part it out. the deal is if i can find people to buy the fridge, cupbourds, seats, bed, poptop.....etc then he will sell me the 2 litre type 4 twin carb engine for 250 bucks. (this engine was rebuilt 10k ago...bargain!) anyway people its got that kinda fake veneer panelling over the cupbourds and fridge etc they all match and are in great condition also anything else u want off the kombi ......you come take it off and pay the man and take it away easy. ill try and get some pics in the next couple of days. The fridge is an electrolux 3 way i dont know what kind of pop top it is but it works well and just needs a hose from what i could see. the bed is great and just have a roof rack on top of it at them moment. i beleive this roof rack to be for sale as well. front bullbar good conditon and front mesh visor also in good condition. sliding door has rust under window seal and has sliding window so rick has first dibs on the window. steering wheel in good nick i dont think the seats are for sale as he wants to put them into his good kombi ill find out about that. Hi Nick,
Thanks for the update.
If you can get the hardware off that would be great.
As posted previously the main things are the sliding door mechansim at the rear of the door, the catch to hold the sliding door open (attached to the body requires removal of slide cover on the body, Latches at rear and front of door and handles & top and bottom roller. From what I seen you need spanner, screwdriver and allen key to get it all of.

150 bucks for the pop top. i put it up and it all works well and should come up great with a good scrub. couldnt see any rips.

kombrick i will most likely head down on tuesday the 7th as tomorrow i will be busy. unfortunatly this is my only free day this coming week as my new job is finally giving me the hours they promised and they pay to go with it:thumb. i shall ring the owner tomorrow and organise hopefully. Fossil if its a good time for you let me know and that goes for anyone else who wants a look or to come and get something too. it will be after 3.30pm on tuesday 7th. as the owner wont get home till around then. hopefully this time is ok for him as its the only time i can spare this week.
