VW show Perth, Day of VW?

I just picked up the flyer today in the tourist info office. It says the show is on the 5th dec. There doesnt seem to be anything mentioned on here about it. Its the only time ive been in the right place at right time. Anyone going? si

I was over at his shop today and he said he hadn't been called yet, wonder if they will notify him?

the show was pretty good. I stayed for a few hours and some good cars turned up.

Yellow oval was the car i liked most at show, Samba was cool but so was that low mat black split.
good to see a few buggies there as well

Antony's matt black splitty is very cool, lovely to drive too
Can you believe he drives that thing to Mandurah 4 times a week (150km round trip!), and carry's furniture and limestone water features around in it!

And I got to have a dig at the Murray never having VW's on the show...

Oh, I got asked to take a camera out for our next trip to the tracks and get some action footage for them to use on a future show...
I'll be planning a trip for some time in Jan or Feb if anyone's interested in some mild off roading on Rally Australia style tracks...
